I was completely clueless about where to even start the process of buying my first home, and doing it on my own made it even more daunting. Right through the entire process Elyce was the calming factor, when things weren't going as planned I'd phone Elyce and she'd say all the right things to calm everything down and put everything back on track. Even when I could tell she was extremely busy, she would always phone me back and she wouldn't hang up the phone until she knew I was comfortable.
