These girls are incredible. We were in a tough situation which we thought was impossible and they got us through. We put an offer in on our first home after speaking with a lending advisor at a particular bank who didn’t think we would have any issues. 5 days into the conditional period and our finance was declined. Not wanting to give up we contacted the mortgage girls and let’s just say we moved into our dream first Home last weekend…and without having the guarantor we would have had at the other bank. The girls made sure every i was dotted and t was crossed to ensure a good outcome. They were happy to answer every tiny question we had. They made a very stressful situation seem so much easier.
