With nearly 15 years’ experience in finance, I’ve swapped writing loans for helping The Mortgage Girls team, learn, grow, and be the best they can be.
As Learning and Development Manager at The Mortgage Girls, I combine my industry experience with something I genuinely love: helping people build their knowledge and confidence. I’m all about keeping learning practical, engaging, and fun because life’s far too short for boring training.
When I’m not cheering on the team at work, you’ll usually find me with my husband trying out a new local restaurant, in a mosh pit at a concert, enjoying a rugby game, or on the sidelines being the very enthusiastic (and possibly slightly embarrassing) cheerleader for my nieces’ and nephews’ football games.
Whether at work or on the sidelines, I’m happiest when encouraging people, celebrating their wins, and having plenty of laughs along the way.
