Louise Taylor

With over 20 years of experience in the finance industry, my journey began as a bank teller with the Royal Bank of Scotland, where I quickly discovered my passion for property and lending.

In 2010, my family and I relocated from Scotland to New Zealand, embracing the Kiwi lifestyle. Our journey started in Auckland, where I worked as a Mortgage Adviser before making the move to Christchurch. Here, I took on the role of Mortgage Specialist with SBS Bank, gaining invaluable experience and a deeper understanding of the lending process from a bank’s perspective.

Having bought, sold, built, and invested, I’ve developed a strong passion for all things real estate. My goal is to share that passion and help others achieve their home ownership dreams.

When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me enjoying the lifestyle block life in Selwyn, making the most of everything New Zealand has to offer.
